    Delicious Pizza Fusion

Pizza Fusion - Saving The Earth One Pizza At A Time! I've seen articles about this place and had been wanting to go try it out. It being Earth Month, I finally decided to find out if their pizza was as good as their earth-friendly pratices. It is!! I had a delicious cheese pizza on a multi-grain crust - thin, cripsy, organic ingredients - absolutely awesome. Then I went back and had the goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes on multi-grain crust - equally as awesome! I'll be back...

    Here's one review:

Pizza that's good, and good for you
The back story: The chain's motto may be "Fresh, Organic, Earth Friendly," but its real mission could be best summarized as follows: "Saving the Planet One Pizza at a Time."
Seriously, green here is more than the color of a vegetable. The chain employs energy-saving practices throughout its company. Pizza that's good, and good for you and keeps things as organic and natural as possible when it comes to what it serves.
The atmosphere: Lots of wood and smooth surfaces speak to the casual, organic spirit of the place. There's indoor and outdoor seating — or take your order to go.
The food: For all the hype that has surrounded Pizza Fusion for its earth-friendly practices, it should be noted that it turns out some tasty pies.
These are closer to flatbread pizzas, and they come with your choice of crusts (organic flour, multi-grain or gluten-free) and gourmet toppings that include New York strip steak, wild-caught Key West shrimp and soy mozzarella.
We opted for a hearty prosciutto-and-black-olive specialty pie, but we could have just as easily gone for the "Founder's Pie" (with chicken, Gorgonzola and mozzarella cheeses and kalamata olives) or a pesto and walnut pie.
Other menu options are delicious soft breadsticks (order them with the olive tapenade for dipping); salads bursting with flavorful, fresh greens; and a few sandwiches and wraps. A small wine list is available (on Tuesdays, take advantage of a great special — buy a large specialty pie and you get a free bottle of organic wine).
The service: Near perfect. The folks here take pride in their business (and the philosophy behind it), and it clearly shows.
The prices: The pies are a bit pricey. A basic medium runs $14, a large is $18, and specialty ones range from $16 (for the medium "Very Vegan Pizza") to $48 (for a large "Surf & Turf Pizza" with steak, shrimp and lobster). Salads and sandwiches are $15 and under.
The bottom line: Again, as tempting as it might be to see Pizza Fusion as a green-minded gimmick, the pizza and other menu items make it a serious dining destination, with equal appeal to gourmands who may drive gas-guzzling SUVs. Plus, the restaurant is very friendly for those who might suffer from food allergies.
The chain should be expanding throughout Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast — and we look forward to seeing more Pizza Fusions in our back yard. But we do hope they find an energy-efficient ice machine — lukewarm tap water just doesn't cut it.
