    Hands-free flushing

You always hear about germs in bathrooms; from the toilet handles to faucets to the doorknobs.

Well in public restrooms, there's not much you can do. At home, try the FootFlush, a plastic foot pedal that requires no tools and can be installed in three easy step. Until April 15th, you can get it for $19.95, including shipping.

Oh, and for those of you using your foot to flush the toilet in a public restroom , STOP IT, STOP IT RIGHT NOW!!!!! Think about it - you are part of the problem as everything you've walked on or in is now on the handle... disgusting. If you really don't want to touch the toilet handle, use a piece of toilet paper - not unlike using a paper towel to open the bathroom door. It's much more civilized and spreads far less germs than using the bottom of your shoe. Besides, you will hopefully be washing your hands immediately after flushing, won't you? Thank you.
