You hear so much about vitamins - to take, or not to take. Which vitamins to you need? How much is too much?
Well, if you find Doctor Mehmet Oz any kind of authority, he's made of list of vital vitamins. What's cool about this information is that it's divided into gender and age groups. Since women need certain nutrients that men do not and vice versa, it makes sense to break it down.
