    Flip it, Flip it good

    They are young women, hear them roar! A marketing company decided the best way to show advertisers what girls don't want in ads, was to let the girls video their grievances. The "Flip It" video series now has over 400 ladies between 15 and 25 years of age explaining why certain ads, allegedly directed at said girls, do not work... brilliant!
