Beginning Wednesday, February 4th, ramp signaling will begin on northbound I-95 between 62nd Street and 167th Street.
There are other major cities with highway ramp signals, and it will allegedly improve the overall flow of rush hour traffic. The ramp signal is fairly easy to figure out - red means stop and green means go... there is no yellow. You will get a ticket if you blow through a red - and one would assume the argument "I didn't know I was supposed to stop (at a red light)" won't fly to well.
I just want to say, "Good Luck, we're all counting on you".
