It is astounding how moving just a tad more can make a huge difference in calories burned, and your overall health. In this article I've linked, see the difference between sitting for a 45-minute lunch, and taking a 30-minute walk and then have a 15-minute sit down lunch. It's crazy, almost too good to be true... there's even a book - "Move a little, lose a lot". Try it, and let me know.
Tip: You may want to let the person on the other end of the phone know that you're pacing, ya know, to explain the breathiness.
