Breaking Dawn, the 4th volume in Stephanie Meyer's romance series, goes on sale at 12:01 a.m., August 2nd. Twilight was the first book Meyer, a former stay-at-home mom, wrote about teenage beauty Isabella (Bella) and her potential suitors; Edward, who happens to be vampire, and Jacob, a werewolf. Hmmm, a guy who drains you and another who turns into a rabid beast - sounds like an accurate metaphor for the dating life! New Moon and Eclipse followed the teens through their trials and tribulations, and now, Breaking Dawn might have Bella decide whether she wants a bark or bite. Friday night, there will be many a party leading up to the books' release.
A film version of the first book, Twilight, is schedule to open on December 12th.
